Elisa reagents;
96 well plates coated with customers primary antibody; either directly or via second antibody. The antibody coated plates are then stabilised and lyophilised for maximum stability.
Second antibody (affinity purified) coated 96 well plates prepared for specific type of assays.
Horseradish peroxidase enzyme conjugated to suitable antigens or purified antibodies. Conjugates purified by chromatography and stabilised for long term storage.
Radioiodinations;
Antigens or purified antibodies can be radioiodinated using 125iodine. Radioiodinated products are purified by gel chromatography or HPLC. Purified products are usually lyophilised in appropriate aliquots.
